Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you via email or a banner on our site if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays or events beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

DORAVIIE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DORAVIIE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment to a corrected address.
