Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Doraviie reserves the right to cancel or limit an order in cases including inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may be affected by shipping carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Doraviie provides a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law.
