When will my order ship?
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and international orders within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. DHL/USPS final delivery (where applicable) is estimated to arrive in 5-10 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are confirmed, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order is submitted. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase, especially if using a payment method with a pre-filled shipping address, such as Apple Pay or Shop Pay.
What international countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
After you receive your shipping confirmation, tracking information may take 1 to 2 business days to update in the carrier’s system. If you’re still not seeing any movement on your tracking after that window, we recommend reaching out to us at welcome@doraviie.com with your order number in the subject line.
My order was lost/stolen after delivery. What should I do?
Doraviie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address confirmed for delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the shipment. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely. Misplaced packages are non-refundable.
