Returns Made Simple

We hope you love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, eligible unworn items may be returned within our return window with original tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If Doraviie provides a prepaid return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

To Start a Return

1. Visit Start a Return

2. Enter your order information

3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return

4. Download your return label

5. Send your package back to us

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Where available, exchanges can be requested through our Returns Portal and are subject to inventory availability.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Customer Care before starting a standard return so we can make it right.
