MATERIALS & IMPACT

Better Materials. Smarter Color. Longer Lives.

Doraviie's relationship with sustainability started with material innovation.

Our earliest work explored colors created from plants, microbes and minerals, and that curiosity continues to influence how we design today.

We choose materials according to three questions:

How does it feel?
How does it perform?
How can it do better?

Bio-Based Color

Doraviie has explored bio-based dyeing technologies that use naturally derived sources including microorganisms and plants as alternatives to conventional petrochemical color systems.

Selected collections continue to feature bio-based and lower-impact dyeing processes as part of our material innovation story.

Natural & Next-Generation Fibers

Depending on the product, our collections may include fibers such as Tencel, cotton, wool, cashmere and other responsibly selected or next-generation materials.

We select them for comfort, movement, durability and their ability to become pieces worth wearing repeatedly.

Function Can Be Sustainable Too

For us, sustainability also means usefulness.

An adjustable garment that works across more situations can replace pieces that serve only one. A timeless silhouette can stay relevant longer. A comfortable garment gets worn more.

We design for more wears, more ways, and fewer unnecessary decisions.

The Future of Color

Doraviie's roots in bio-based color give us a longer-term ambition: helping natural and biologically produced color become increasingly practical, beautiful and scalable.

We believe better fashion will come from combining science, design and everyday usefulness—not from asking people to compromise between them.

Nature started the conversation. We're still listening.
